Conrad is a holistic international career coach with a 32-year background in American diplomacy.

While navigating the senior ranks of the U.S. Foreign Service, Conrad saw first-hand the need for outside experts in career management who understand the challenges of the international lifestyle. To meet that need he founded Cape May Coaching, named after the beautiful seaside town on the East Coast of the United States that has inspired him and his family for generations.

As a diplomat he helped future leaders from around the world benefit from an American education. On their return home, he coached and inspired hundreds of them to succeed in international careers.

Conrad studied in the United States, Russia and Canada, but his real education came from living and working in ten countries and traveling to 50 more.

He has a wife, two grown daughters, and a crazy smart former street puppy from India.
